Let's start with the basics, since it is always the "fine" print that is most important, it is located on the bottom of the Checkout page. Guess it should be a great thing for me, as it would mean you made it to the Checkout!

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges (the dreaded RRE)
I am happy to accept the return of any full-price item/s purchased, within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Item/s need to be unused, unworn, in a condition to be re sold, and returned with proof of purchase.
Before returning an item, please contact me for notice at firstname.lastname@example.org / Subject: return/refund/exchange
Unfortunately I am unable to process a refund for any item that has been monogrammed, personalized or bespoke. (Chances are to find a person with your initials and exact taste in goods are pretty slim :) )
All shipping charges incurred are non-refundable, unless it was a result of an error on my part.
Refunds will be processed between 10-14 days, once the item has been received on my end and has been inspected and accepted for a refund.
I will send you an email notification of the receipt and the issue of refund. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment used.
Refunds cannot be processed on sale or promotional items, however, equal amount of credit will be issued in these cases, or item can be exchanged for an item of equal value or more. If less, outstanding balance will be issued in shopping credit. (Who doesn't like to have a little stash for a future shopping date?)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not due to abuse, or excessive and incorrect use). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do remember that most of our items are one-offs, and if you wish to exchange for the same item, it will have to be made. Depending on existing orders, work load and supply availability, this can take up to 8 weeks.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Yep, that's right! I am a tattletale! *chuckle*
To return your product, you should contact me at email@example.com for instructions.
Please securely package your return items in a suitable box, if possible with the original packing material (this will ensure your product will not get damaged in transit, for which I am not responsible for).
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
